Stocker

About the role

As a Part-Time Stocker you will keep our retail stores organized and shelves full for our customers by unloading product deliveries and moving the product to the sales floor. You will maintain the visual presentation of the sales floor, greet customers, and assemble products for displays and customers as needed. Customer service is an expectation of this role.

Spanish language skills are preferred. Open availability for early mornings is required.

Responsibilities

• Sort merchandise from pallets to carts for easier stocking and place product in the proper locations in the store or backstock areas.
• Complete endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store front facing.
• Work backstock bins and top stock down.
• Assist customers with carry-outs to their vehicles and assemble products for customers or display.

Requirements

• Prior retail sales, cashier, stocking, or customer service experience admired, but not required.
• Flexible availability and willingness to work some weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills and a service-focused mindset.
• A love of tools & equipment.

Pay

Competitive pay range of $13.00 - $18.90 hourly, personalized based on skills, experience, and location.

Schedule

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling to help achieve work-life balance.
