About the role
Shift: 2nd Hours: 4:00pm-12:30am. Must be able to work overtime, weekends and holidays. Hourly Pay: $17.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Notify supervisor of any products with issues; including, but not limited to, product without dates, incorrect dates, leaking cartons, short-filled units or cases, or any empty cases in a stack.
- Places products in the assigned area, stacking 5 or 6 cases high, 12 stacks to each row.
- Places dates on products facing the selector line making sure that new products are not placed in front of, or on top of existing products.
- Verifies that products are labeled correctly.
- Notifies the console operator of any product mixing before products may reach the palletizer.
- Cleans and hoses down all spills.
- Notifies supervisor of leaking products and any waste products resulting in spills.
- Inspet areas around chains for milk drops; cleans and hoses down area accordingly.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, General Education Degree (GED), or International Education Equivalent.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
