Stock/ Sales Support Associate

United Legwear is seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Stock/Sales Support Associate to join the Ted Baker team at the Tyson’s Corner Bloomingdale’s concession. This role focuses on monitoring merchandise receipt, organization, and storage, ensuring consistent sales floor replenishment, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting the client experience on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team efforts, work with integrity and respect, and drive your own learning to contribute to team success.
• Adaptability: Be flexible to meet the needs of the business and support the team and location.
• Product Knowledge: Use Ted Baker’s training and tools to stay updated on product details (Called, Color, Composition, Cost, Care, Cut – the 6 C’s).
• Merchandising: Follow merchandising guidelines, replenishment procedures, and housekeeping standards to uphold Ted Baker’s brand representation. Support visual merchandising directives.
• Customer Experience: Deliver Ted Baker’s GOTFAT (Greet, Observe, Talk, Fit, Assist & Thank) standards with enthusiasm when supporting the sales team.
• Stock Management: Ensure efficient and systematic replenishment of the sales floor and fulfill stock requests for the team and customers.
• Operations:
  • Complete tasks efficiently and correctly following company policies and procedures.
  • Process deliveries and transfers accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Record and process stock movements accurately.
  • Maintain immaculate stockroom and back-of-house standards.
  • Adhere to health and safety procedures, use equipment properly, and report unsafe conditions.
  • Follow loss prevention measures and report misuse or theft of company property.
  • Handle cash and banking procedures accurately, resolving discrepancies as a priority.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a stock associate or in a similar retail role preferred.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Enthusiasm for fashion and a keen interest in the Ted Baker brand.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion or retail is a plus.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

• Work in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment with varying noise levels.
• Regularly walk and stand for extended periods, and frequently use hands for handling, pushing, and reaching.
• Engage in regular communication with customers, staff, and third parties.
• Perform tasks requiring stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Lift, pull, push, and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Use vision abilities for close and distance viewing related to electronic systems and physical products.
• Adapt to dynamic changes in pace and activity level.
