About the role
The Stock Plan Coordinator will support the administration of NVIDIA's global equity programs, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Director of Global Stock Administration, this role will collaborate with various departments including Payroll, Legal, HR, and Finance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate equity processes for globally mobile employees to support compliance and reporting requirements
- Support RSU vesting activities, including coordination with Payroll and Finance teams
- Lead regulatory filings for global equity programs across multiple jurisdictions
- Support equity transactions and dividend activities where applicable
- Aid Payroll teams with equity reporting and reconciliation activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience supporting stock plans, including exposure to international programs
- Knowledge of equity compensation and international mobility taxation concepts
- Strong organization, analysis, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- CEP certification or progress toward certification is a plus
Qualifications
- Experience with the Charles Schwab EquiView platform
- Exposure to equity programs in Israel, China, or Vietnam
- Experience improving stock administration processes through automation or data tools

Pay
Base salary range: $104,000 - $166,750 USD
