Stock/Logistics Engineer

About the role

Will form part of the asset inventory team ensuring the end-to-end stock activities. This position will focus on overseeing the operation including the day-to-day management of the stock and logistics operation, staff management, and other standard activities to ensure we meet our obligations to the client.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the monthly stock audits
• Maintaining agreed stock levels and working with the client/partner accordingly
• Interfacing with partner/delivery teams to ensure data integrity in Service First and associated systems
• Working with teams to arrange disposal of equipment in line with client standards
• Working with the client on current and future demands for utilization and demand management
• Working with the central logistics, delivery, and partner teams to facilitate stock movements
• Working with the logistics team to ensure kit is booked in and rationalize part numbers

Requirements

• Understanding of different types of end-user IT infrastructure (desktops, laptops, printers, handhelds, smartphones, etc.)
• Good understanding of IT applications (MS Excel, Service Now, Outlook)
• Self-starter with the ability to work on their own initiative
• Strong analytical skills to work through issues to a successful conclusion
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and local language)
• Detail-oriented and self-motivating

Pay

$26/hr on W2 (all-inclusive).
