About the role

Stores Clerks are responsible for receiving, storing, and securing all food items, paper goods, and other items. They assist in taking the weekly inventory, ensuring supplies are ready for production, and providing high-quality service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and secure all food items, paper goods, and other items.
• Aid in taking the weekly inventory.
• Ensure supplies are ready for production when needed.
• Direct, help train, and assist student employees in stores clerk tasks.
• Provide high-quality service to customers; assist in meeting the department’s customer service objectives.
• Help the department continuously improve and reach its vision (commitment to excellence and passion for people).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Clerical aptitude and some knowledge of basic store keeping procedures.
• Good physical condition and coordination to permit the lifting of heavy objects.
• Possession of a valid state driver's license may be necessary for some positions.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Preferred Qualifications: ServSafe Certification.

Skills

• Customer service skills.
• Physical stamina for lifting and moving heavy objects.
• Basic store keeping procedures.

Pay

• Salary Range: $17.00-17.50 hourly.

Schedule

• Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
