Position Title: Stock Clerk

Reports to: Inventory Control Manager

Summary: As a Stock Clerk, responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient stockroom, ensuring accurate inventory records, and supporting a smooth flow of products within the organization. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will contribute to our operational success.

JOB DUTIES

• Unpack and organize incoming items, specifying the types of items handled.
• Keep track of inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and update records promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and stock movement, addressing discrepancies.
• Utilize forklifts, hand trucks, or other equipment for efficient stock movement.
• Adhere to safety protocols, report security issues, and practice 6S principles.
• Communicate promptly with internal teams, providing inventory levels and materials, resolving inquiries, and addressing related issues.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using specific inventory management software and basic computer skills.

• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
