Responsibilities

• Elevate the Store Experience: Assist in the overall shopping experience for all Sam Edelman clients utilizing the “The Sam Style” model, and providing an inviting world-class customer experience by training and developing stock associates!
• Move Products with Purpose: Lead our Stock Associates by example in checking in and unpacking shipments of the newest arrivals of the Sam Edelman collection, strategically organizing inventory.
• Proactively Request Products: Support Store Manager on product requests to ensure the store’s displays are filled with our bold and iconic styles. Proactively advise the Store Manager and complete related reworks and transfers.
• Ace Accurate Inventory Counts: Utilize your detail-oriented skillset to follow the proper protocol for store fulfillments, cycle counts, and accurately complete inventory prep and process. Advise Store Manager on inventory discrepancies.
• Cultivate a Culture of Professionalism and Respect: Foster a professional and safe work environment where associates are valued, respected, and recognized for their contributions.
• Completes other projects and assignments as directed by management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience in lieu
• Able to build constructive and effective relationships within store
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager as needed
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours
