Stock Associate, Prada San Diego Fashion Valley

Job Purpose
To be responsible for managing the proper rotation of goods according to company regulations. To support the Stock Manager in all responsibilities regarding the warehouse and the store. Moreover, to deal with sales and therefore support the Sales Staff in order to maximize sales.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise following corporate procedures, checking and preparing product for the sales floor or special areas.
- Ensure the safety of products and valuable material in the warehouse throughout the handling process.
- Track product flow using the SAP system.
- Maintain order in the warehouse according to corporate standards.
- Handle returns, shop‑to‑shop transfers, and e‑commerce deliveries following corporate guidelines and deadlines.
- Provide orders for packaging material according to store needs.
Knowledge and Skills
- Previous working experience in a similar role, ideally in the luxury retail sector.
- High affinity for luxury products and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
