Stock Associate, Prada San Diego Fashion Valley

About the role

The role involves managing the proper rotation of goods according to company regulations, supporting the Stock Manager in warehouse and store responsibilities, and assisting sales staff to maximize sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise following corporate procedures.
• Check and prepare products for the sales floor and/or special areas.
• Ensure safety of products and valuable materials in the warehouse during the entire handling process.
• Maintain proper product flow tracking through the SAP system.
• Keep the warehouse orderly according to corporate standards.
• Guarantee returns, shop‑to‑shop transfers, and e‑commerce delivery following corporate guidelines and deadlines.
• Provide orders of packaging material according to store needs.

Knowledge and Skills

• Previous working experience in a similar role.
• Experience ideally in the retail luxury sector.
• High affinity for luxury products.
• High sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
• English is required; other languages are a plus.
