About the role

You will be part of a new store opening in Spokane Valley, joining a dynamic team where authenticity, empowerment, and respect are valued. This is a place where you can be yourself, contribute in meaningful ways, and have fun while doing it.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and unload trucks.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing, and sales floor replenishment standards.
• Maintain an organized stockroom.
• Contribute to a safe shopping environment.
• Checkout customers in-store and handle buy online, pick up in-store purchases as needed.
• Share your passion and knowledge for our products to help customers find the perfect item.

Requirements

• A can-do attitude and commitment to contributing to a collaborative, open-minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture.
• Retail experience a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to initiate conversations.
• Minimum age: 16 years.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Pay

Hourly pay range: $17.13–$17.63.

Schedule

• Full-time associates receive 5 days of paid vacation, 8 paid holidays, and 3 paid floating holidays.
• Full-time associates also receive up to 2 additional days of paid bereavement leave and up to 5 days of paid jury duty leave.
