Stock Associate

About the role

Warehouse Associates play a critical role in supporting our distribution operations by ensuring inventory is received, stocked, and replenished accurately and efficiently to meet our customers' needs.

Responsibilities

• Stock items on shelves and maintain neat, orderly warehouse conditions
• Receive merchandise from vendors and other stores, placing them in proper locations
• Verify received merchandise against inventory records
• Correct mistakes found on inventory count sheets
• Assist in pulling parts during busy periods
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the warehouse
• Work with stock manager to address order problems
• Resolve warehouse stocking issues
• Perform miscellaneous projects and other related duties as assigned

• Maintain productivity and quality standards according to department requirements
• Focus and remain on task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Collaborate effectively with staff and supervisors
• Open availability with flexibility to work various shifts and overtime
• 1-2 years stocking experience preferred
• Familiarity with warehouse safety measures
• Maintain and promote workplace safety
