Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal hygiene and mobility
- Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare teams
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous home health care experience preferred
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passing scores on a background check and drug screening
