Home Health Aide - STNA/CNA/HHA

About the role

Professional Case Management, a leader in home healthcare, is seeking Home Health Aides (STNA/CNA/HHAs) to provide in-home healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Create your own flexible schedule
• Build one-on-one relationships with patients in their homes
• Enhance clients' health, quality of life, and peace of mind
• Work in the comfort of patients' homes

Qualifications

• Experience in skilled transfers
• Vital signs monitoring
• Timely and accurate documentation
• Range of motion assistance
• Activities of daily living including light duty housekeeping, meal preparation, and patient hygiene
• TB test (reimbursement available)
• Home Health Aide or similar experience required, with a passing competency assessment with an RN
