About the role
Professional Case Management is hiring Home Health Aides/Certified Nurse Assistants (STNAs/HHAs/CNAs) in Ohio to provide in‑home healthcare services for veterans. You’ll build one‑on‑one patient relationships, enhance clients’ health and quality of life, and enjoy the flexibility to create your own schedule for school, travel, volunteering, or family time.
Responsibilities
- Provide in‑home healthcare services
- Perform skilled transfers
- Take and record vital signs
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Assist with range of motion exercises
- Help with activities of daily living, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and patient hygiene
Qualifications
- HHA or similar experience
- Must pass competency assessment with RNTB test (reimbursement may be available)
- Reliable transportation
