Responsibilities

• Work 1-on-1 with your clients inside their homes
• Support them with light housekeeping tasks such as organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
• Assist with personal activities like dressing, grooming, and helping with meals
• Run errands, grocery shop, and accompany clients to appointments

Requirements

• STNA certification or completed a Home Health Aide Training lasting at least 75 hours, including 16 hours of supervised practical training
• Documentation of a tuberculosis test within six (6) months prior to the first assignment (where required)
• Good physical health
• Dedication to professional development and organizational skills
• Compliance with state background screening requirements

Qualifications

• Must be in good physical health
• Must have completed a training program that includes 16 hours of supervised practical training
• Must have a valid STNA certification or equivalent
• Must pass a tuberculosis test within six (6) months of starting work

Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills
