Responsibilities
- Work 1-on-1 with clients inside their homes
- Support clients with light housekeeping tasks such as organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
- Assist with personal activities like dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Run errands, grocery shopping, and accompany clients to appointments
Requirements
- STNA certification or completed a Home Health Aide Training lasting at least 75 hours, including 16 hours of supervised practical training
- Documentation of a tuberculosis test within six months prior to the first assignment (where required)
- Good physical health
- Dedication to professional development and organizational skills
- Compliance with state background screening requirements
