Do it.Become part of the solutionAsk yourself, "What else can I do?"Take personal pride in the services you provideShow others that you careAlways be respectful Key Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressingSupport residents in mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfortMonitor and document residents’ health status and report changes to nursing staffAssist with meals, including feeding and ensuring dietary needs are metProvide companionship and emotional support to residentsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized environmentAssist residents with the self-administration of medications as directedFollow care plans and document activities accurately in compliance with facility protocolsUphold resident rights, privacy, and confidentialityParticipate in ongoing training and development sessions Required Qualifications Current STNA certification in the State of OhioStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, patient, and committed to resident careAbility to pass a background check Preferred CPR and First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain)Experience in assisted living or long-term care Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbsLong periods of walking or standingFrequent movement, reaching, bending, and liftingMay involve exposure to infectious materials What Success Looks Like Positive resident/family feedback (surveys and reviews)Excellent communication with your managerReliable documentation and reportingZero unresolved resident complaintsPunctuality and compliance with company policies Why Join Optimized Senior Living?
