Responsibilities

• Greets guest and takes beverage orders, delivers them to their table.
• Ensures that all guests are of legal drinking age (21) by checking ID when questionable.
• Studies bar menus to assist guest in choice and pricing.
• Presents orders to the bartender.
• Picks up empty glasses and bottles, helping maintain a clean and safe environment at all times.
• Computes bill, presents to customer, and takes cash or credit cards to the bar.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate is desirable.
• 1 year serving experience required.
• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relation skills.
• Experience in a customer service position is desirable.
• Able to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Ability to work in an area that is somewhat confined and dark.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License.
• Current Food Handler Certificate and OLCC License required.
