About the role

The Expeditor position at Seven Feathers is a key role responsible for ensuring high-quality food service to guests. This includes inspecting food quality, organizing food deliveries, and communicating specials to staff.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the quality and presentation of food from the kitchen
• Organize food and assist in running of food to provide prompt service
• Review and consult with cooks on lunch, dinner specials and soup of the day
• Explain lunch, dinner specials and soup of the day to servers, cashiers, and bus people
• Inspect the quality and presentation of food before delivery to guests
• Absorb and organize food orders to ensure proper delivery sequence
• Assist food servers with plate preparation and completion
• Gather necessary condiments and other items

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate
• At least 18 years old
• One year of experience in a Fast Food / Restaurant environment
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
• Effective handling of multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and ability to work in various internal and external environments
• Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills
• Ability to maintain composure and make effective decisions under stress
• Current Food Handler or ServSafe Certificate
• Current OLCC License
• Ability to obtain a Class I Gaming License
• Neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED certificate preferred, along with one year of experience in a fast food/restaurant environment. Must be 18 years of age or older.
