Responsibilities

• Provide program management oversight for a single customer and multiple subcontractors
• Develop and implement business strategies for new products and services
• Manage program phases from start to finish, ensuring solutions to technical problems
• Serve as primary contact for customers, leading performance review sessions
• Identify market opportunities and feasibility for business and product development
• Cook up internal efforts to identify and implement new business projects
• Evaluate project milestones, adjusting work to ensure quality and schedules are met

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 6 years with a Master's degree, or a High School Diploma plus 12 years of relevant experience
• Experience managing defense contracts in project management roles
• Proven creative and analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on teamwork and innovation
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with business leaders and achieving objectives
• Self-motivated and decisive with adaptability to changing demands and priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Maintain a Secret clearance and be able to obtain a Top-Secret clearance

Pay

$143,088 – $175,000 annually
