About the role
A STIBO STEP WebUI Consultant with 8–10 years of experience implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, specializing in designing, developing, and maintaining user interfaces and workflows within the STIBO STEP platform to ensure seamless data governance and usability for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Build and customize STEP WebUI components for business users.
- Configure workflows, portals, and dashboards to streamline data management.
- Implement business rules, actions, and validations within the STEP platform.
- Design and enhance STEP workflows to support enterprise MDM processes.
- Provide ongoing support for enhancements, break/fix work, and continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop integrations using SOAP/RESTful web services.
- Work with XML, XSD, JSON, and JavaScript for STEP configurations.
- Ensure scalability and performance of STEP solutions across large datasets.
- Partner with solution architects and business analysts to deliver well-designed configurations.
- Conduct requirements workshops and provide expert guidance on STEP best practices.
- Support enterprise-wide data governance initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 full lifecycle implementations of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM.
- Strong hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM/PIM, including configuration, integration, and deployment.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, XML, JSON, and related technologies.
- Experience with pattern matching, regular expressions, and API development.
- Ability to engage stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in Agile environments and enterprise-scale projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM).
- Prior consulting or solution architecture experience.
- Familiarity with SQL and data modeling concepts.
