- Design, develop, and optimize complex STEP configurations, workflows, and integrations to support enterprise data management initiatives.
- Provide production support, including incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution to ensure platform stability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions that enhance data quality and governance.
- Lead platform enhancements, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain cutting-edge capabilities.
- Develop and maintain documentation, operational runbooks, and support materials to facilitate efficient service delivery and knowledge sharing.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 7–10 years of experience in MDM/PIM solution development, with strong hands-on expertise in the Stibo STEP platform. Proficiency in workflow development, web UI configuration, JavaScript Business Rules, and data modeling within STEP. Solid understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), XML, JSON, and data integration techniques. Experience supporting enterprise data governance, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system upgrades in production environments.
