Stewarding Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage, schedule and lead the steward team members
• Lead by example with thoughtful communication
• Ensure all kitchen and dining areas maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Oversee inventory, including but not limited to receiving all orders, stocking, and maintaining inventory

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Steward required, highly preferring Executive Stewarding experience
• Thorough knowledge of health and safety standards
• Guest-first mentality
• Excellent communication skills; organized and efficient
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent standards of service

Qualifications

The position requires a strong commitment to excellence and a passion for hospitality. Applicants must have a proven track record of success in a similar role and possess exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
