Warm, knowledgeable service and helpful guidance reassure guests they’ve made the right choice to stay with us Operate dish equipment including dish machines, sinks, and cleaning tools. Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, kitchen surfaces, and storage areas. Receive and store deliveries; rotate stock properly. Organize and store clean wares in correct locations. Maintain trash and recycling areas; break down boxes and dispose of glass safely. Assist servers with clearing tables or room‑service trays when needed. Report maintenance issues promptly. Support team and guests with friendly, professional communication. Qualifications and Requirements: Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.a plus. This job requires the ability to perform the following: Stand and move for extended periods. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly. Work in varying temperatures (kitchen, freezer). Use kitchen equipment safely (knives, mixers, etc.). Push/pull carts up to 250 lbs. Perform cleaning tasks involving bending, squatting, and reaching. Communicate clearly with guests and coworkers. Other: Passion for service and teamwork. Strong communication skills. Basic reading, writing, and math skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays). Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
