The Lead Steward or Dishwasher primarily assists, coordinates, and maintains the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware. The candidate must have good communication skills and the ability to understand and complete banquet contracts. Our downtown Miami hotel is next to Brickell, one of the trendiest neighborhoods. The hotel overlooks the Miami River and is steps from the Miami Riverwalk, Bayfront Park, the port of Miami, and the Kaseya Center (formerly FTX Arena). Nearby attractions include Brickell City Center, Little Havana, and the Frost Museum of Science.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware.
- Understand and complete banquet contracts.
- Lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
