Steward - Full Time (Caesars Atlantic City)
Responsibilities
- Scrapes, raking, stacking and washing china, silverware and glassware with kitchen sanitation equipment.
- Performs duties to maintain kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
- Sweeps and mops floors; washes worktables, refrigerators and meat blocks; removes trash and garbage.
- Completes special assignments for management as requested.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experienced Preferred
- Requires speed and accuracy in order to maintain maximum efficiency.
- Ability to read and write English sufficiently to perform job.
- Must be able to walk and stand during shift
- Must be able to lift, carry and/or push up to 50 pounds
- Ability to grasp, hold, reach, bend, push-pull, stoop, twist, kneel, crouch and stack.
- Must be able to work around heat, water and chemicals
