Responsibilities

• Ensures the kitchens, freezers, bars, and storage areas are clean, well maintained, and organized at all times.
• Ensures floors are dry, clean, and sanitized at all times.
• Operates pot-washing machinery and maintains a hygienic working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards.
• Delivers clean china, glassware, and other service items as required.
