Duties And Responsibilities
- Wash all wares including but not limited to pots, pans, china, flatware, and glassware in accordance with sanitation and safety standards.
- Properly store all wares following company procedures to ensure organization and efficiency.
- Clean walls, floors, equipment, and assigned areas to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Move, organize, and store equipment as directed to support kitchen and service operations.
- Deliver products and supplies to designated food service areas in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the dish rooms and dish machine, ensuring efficient and consistent operation.
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates
Skills And Qualifications
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Organized with attention to detail
- Reliable and dependable with the ability to work late nights, weekends and event days
- Able to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Able to multi-task efficiently
Physical Demands
- Ability to move 50 pounds
- Ability to work for extended periods of time
