Steward / Dishwasher

About the role

The Lytle Park Hotel, part of Pyramid Hotel Group, Autograph Collection, is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Steward (Dishwasher) to join its team. Located in Cincinnati, this position plays a critical role in maintaining the hotel's pristine standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area and kitchen workspaces
• Absorb and store clean items according to hotel standards
• Assist with trash removal, recycling, and breakdown of boxes
• Support culinary team with basic prep or cleaning tasks as needed
• Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Help keep banquet and restaurant operations running smoothly

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous kitchen or stewarding experience preferred, but not required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role preferred
