Steward/Dishwasher

About the role

The Steward/Dishwasher assists the kitchen, dining outlets, and banquet staff in maintaining the cleanliness of all facility China, glass, silverware, cookware and culinary areas. This position works closely with the kitchen and banquet staff to ensure food is prepared and transported for participant events in an efficient manner.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• A general knowledge of food and beverage service and standards.
• A true desire to deliver exceptional service in maintaining the cleanliness of facility china, silverware, cookware and culinary areas.
• Ability to professionally communicate with facility participants and colleagues.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate amount of weight for the duration of shift (Up to 50 lbs).
• Ability to walk and stand throughout the duration of shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
