Steward/Dishwasher

About the role

A Steward or Dishwasher is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware. This person often works closely with other kitchen staff and must have good communication skills. The role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate amount of weight. It is a fast-paced position involving constant customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized by sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and assisting with other kitchen tasks as needed.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
