Steward/Dishwasher

Maintain the kitchen environment

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of kitchen, Food & Beverage, and colleague dining areas.

Responsibilities

• Wash and properly store all china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep dishwashing and kitchen work areas clean, sanitized, and organized throughout each shift.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and other Food & Beverage sanitation responsibilities as assigned.
• Support the culinary team by ensuring a steady flow of clean equipment during service.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Previous steward, dishwasher, kitchen, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Able to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
