Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishware, equipment, and work areas in compliance with Four Seasons standards.
• Assist with equipment setup in the kitchen and staff cantina and ensure proper cleaning and organization.
• Support banquet operations by assisting with food expediting in alignment with established production and quality standards.
• Promote a safe work environment by ensuring all kitchen floor areas are clean, properly marked with safety signage, and free from hazards.

• Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of service industry experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Ability to stand and walk around for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
