Responsibilities
- Foster a fun environment
- Be a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
- All aspects of dish/pot washing including using dish machines, pot sink/power soak sink, and basic stewarding duties
- Deep cleaning of various equipment and surfaces as per the equipment cleaning guide
- Learning and understanding the use of power-washing equipment and chemicals
- Ensuring proper storage of equipment, chemicals, and supplies
- Following specific daily station assignments checklists
Requirements
- An outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of related experience and/or training
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to obtain ServSafe certification
- Physical mobility with reasonable accommodations including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
