The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is seeking a Steward who embodies a passion for excellence and enthusiasm in their work. This role involves shaping the guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the resort and embodying the Golden Rule in interactions.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, and service ware, ensuring all items meet quality and safety standards while supporting efficient kitchen operations.
• Clean and sanitize china, glassware, and silverware using dishwashing equipment.
• Properly store all items after washing.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas, including ovens, kettles, mixers, floors, walls, drains, and production spaces.
• Wash and sanitize pots, pans, and utensils using proper cleaning solutions and procedures.
• Manage stewarding carts, remove and dispose of trash, and clean walk-ins and refrigeration units.
• Safely handle, label, and store cleaning chemicals in compliance with safety standards and proper protective measures.

What You’ll Bring

• Legal work authorization in the United States.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts.
• Hawaii Driver’s License and Abstract required for this role.
• Obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card required by the Hawaii State Department of Health.
