Sterilization and Monitoring Specialist - Cincinnati/Columbus/Indiana

For a leader in the healthcare space, we are seeking a remote US-based Sterilization and Monitoring Specialist to turn data into practical insights that improve visibility, decision-making, and business performance. Partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts and territory to achieve sustainable business growth
• Utilize data and analytics for effective business planning
• Identify and address customers' financial and clinical challenges
• Leverage networking to uncover expansion and conversion opportunities
• Persuade stakeholders to support proposed solutions and products
• Maintain relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders
• Provide ongoing education and technical support to clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher with 2 years of sales/clinical experience or High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of experience
• Current, valid Driver's License
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong track record of meeting sales targets
• Prior healthcare sales experience is preferred
• Experience in territory management and business planning
• Strong customer relationship management skills

Pay

$126,400 – $173,800 annually
