Sterile Processing Tech

About the role

Responsible for cleaning/decontaminating instruments and equipment, sterilization, and handling of sterile supplies with a focus on Infection Control in order to provide quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Sterile Processing Program
• Must be available to take call to ensure patient care needs are met
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Must maintain current Certification Board for Sterile Processing Certification (CBSPD) and/or Certified Registered Central Service Technician certificate from IAHCSMM
• One year of experience as Certified SPT preferred
• 400 hours of SPD externship experience required

$25.00 - $25.00 hourly
