Summary of Position

The Manager of the Sterile Processing Department (SPD) has the overall responsibility for the management and operations of the Sterile Processing Department. This department provides decontamination and sterilization services for Lancaster Medical Center.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience required
  • Three (3) years of related experience required
  • CRCST (Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician) certification required

Preferred Qualifications

  • CHL (Certified Health Leader), CIS (Certified Instrument Specialist), or CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) preferred
