Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician
Responsibilities
- Perform daily sterile IV compounding in accordance with USP 797 and USP 800 guidelines and Category 3 compliance requirements.
- Compound a variety of dosage forms, including capsules, nasal sprays, creams, troches, injectables, and peptides, following established formulations and procedures.
- Apply proper sterile gowning, sterile sampling, sterile fingertip glove techniques, and sterile media fill procedures to maintain aseptic conditions.
- Maintain a clean and compliant sterile environment in the compounding areas, including proper cleaning, disinfecting, and environmental monitoring activities.
- Verify and prepare ingredients, calculations, and labels for compounded medications to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Essential Skills
- Current registration as a pharmacy technician in the state of Florida.
- At least 1 year of experience as a sterile compounding pharmacy technician.
- Hands-on experience with daily sterile IV compounding.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jupiter, FL.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
