Responsibilities

• Aid real estate agents in scheduling and conducting property showings.
• Provide detailed information about properties, including features, amenities, and neighborhood highlights.
• Cook up accurate records of showings and client feedback for agent review.
• Support open house events by preparing properties and greeting visitors.
• Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and property owners to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Stay informed about current market trends and property availability within the Chesterfield area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Additional education in real estate or related fields is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Valid real estate license (or ability to obtain one) is required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and real estate software applications.
• Ability to navigate and show properties efficiently and professionally.
• Previous experience in real estate, customer service, or sales preferred but not required.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the Chesterfield, MO real estate market is an advantage.
