Real Estate Showing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Represent the Nickle Team at property showings, providing insightful, professional tours that help buyers find their "perfect match."
• Support lead agents by managing buyer communication and ensuring a seamless experience from the first showing to the offer.
• Master the art of the "showing tour" efficiently scheduling and coordinating multiple properties to maximize the client's time.
• Participate in team lead generation and daily "huddles" to learn how to hunt and close your own business.
• Act as the "eyes and ears" in the field, providing critical property feedback to help refine our team’s winning strategies.

Qualifications

• Licensing: You must have an Active California Real Estate License.
• Local Knowledge: A deep familiarity with the Long Beach and surrounding OC/LA neighborhoods.
• Mobility: A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and a willingness to be in the field daily.
• Communication: Sharp, professional verbal and written skills. You are the "face" of our team in the field.
• The "Hustle" Factor: Flexibility is key. Real estate happens on evenings and weekends, you must be ready when the clients are.
• Tech-Fluent: Comfortable using CRM systems and mobile apps to track activity in real-time.
