About the role

The Sonepar Training for Emerging Professionals Program (STEP) is a 12‑month dynamic, intensive rotational program designed to educate, train, and develop skills in emerging professionals and help establish your career. You will get hands‑on experience in every aspect of the business through on‑the‑job training, e‑learning, subject‑matter expert training, and residency trips. The program includes exposure to site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, project management, E‑Commerce, and the Sonepar USA and Operating Companies’ business philosophy. At the conclusion, you will have the opportunity to present to the Executive Leadership team on key strategic organizational initiatives. The program is ideal for driven self‑starters who want to work for a global leader and value a culture that emphasizes performance, people, customers, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse/Logistics rotation
• Inside Sales/Counter rotation
• Projects & Quotations rotation
• Marketing/Digital Solutions/E‑Commerce rotation
• Outside Sales/Specialty Track rotation
• Participate in team‑building activities with fellow emerging professionals
• All‑expense paid travel to different company locations
• Enhanced understanding of the business through specialized training

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Enthusiastic/self‑starter attitude
• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Pay

Annual salary: $65,000

Program begins June 2027 (12‑month rotational program)
