Stencil Operator (Pack Table)

About the role

Operates converting equipment in a production environment, ensuring orders are produced to schedule and specification while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multiple converting machinery: Band Saw, Perforator, Sealer 2000, Sheeter
• Troubleshoot machinery and make adjustments as needed
• Produce orders to schedule and specification
• Prepare goods for shipping using various equipment
• Label finished goods and place on pallets as necessary
• Perform quality control checks
• Read tape measure accurately
• Maintain good housekeeping and use PPE as required
• Perform related tasks as requested by supervisor

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing experience is helpful
• No travel required
• Ability to work in varying temperatures above 95 degrees Fahrenheit
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to a maximum of 50 lbs
• Basic computer skills
• Basic math skills
• Must be detail-oriented and have a sense of urgency
