Role Responsibilities

• Provide advanced subject-matter expertise in STEM disciplines to support project development and execution.
• Contribute to the design and review of STEM curricula, research methodologies, and technical materials.
• Mentor and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Conduct comprehensive literature reviews, data analysis, and synthesis of technical findings.
• Communicate complex scientific concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify emerging trends and integrate innovative practices within STEM-related initiatives.

Requirements

• Have an advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
• Have extensive experience working in STEM education, research, or relevant industry roles.
• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information clearly.
• Demonstrate proven analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Have a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and project leadership.
