About The Project Activities How you and the community will make an impact together: Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify gaps in STEM content knowledge. Model student-centered STEM lessons for teachers. Plan and teach practical STEM lessons. Coach teachers in using manipulatives and low-cost materials to teach foundational and advanced STEM concepts. Support teachers in developing structured lesson plans and formatting assessments. Reinforce teachers’ ability to scaffold STEM concepts and facilitate problem-solving activities. Assist teachers in integrating numeracy into science and technology lessons. Collaborate with school leadership and education officers to strengthen math programming and sustainability. You may also work on additional projects that meet the community’s interests and priorities, such as supporting STEM clubs and computer literacy workshops.
