Steel Industry Manager
Position Summary
North American Construction Services, Ltd. is hiring a Steel Industry Manager to join their team in Pinson, Alabama. This position is a dynamic role within the Fives North American Combustion subsidiary, which is part of the renowned Fives Group. The Steel Industry Manager will manage key corporate customer accounts, lead business development efforts, plan and coordinate customer solutions, oversee projects from start to finish, ensure engineering projects meet technical and quality standards, develop cost estimates, and participate in bidding processes. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of related construction experience, a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, proven business development experience, strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to travel up to 50%.
About the Role
The Steel Industry Manager will primarily focus on steel projects but may also work on other projects as needed. Key responsibilities include managing key corporate customer accounts, identifying and closing strategic opportunities in service and maintenance, planning, designing, and coordinating customer solutions, overseeing projects from initial contact to completion, ensuring engineering projects meet technical, quality, and deadline requirements, developing cost estimates, budgets, and participating in bidding processes.
Responsibilities

Requirements
