Responsibilities

• Manage and control assigned projects
• Oversee field operations, site safety, productivity, schedules, quality of work, and subcontractor and supplier coordination
• Lead the project team in conjunction with the Project Manager

Required Knowledge and Skills

• OSHA 10 or 30 Hours for the construction industry
• Safety standards knowledge and enforcement
• Calmness, focus, and effectiveness under time-pressure situations
• Self-starter with goal-setting and task management skills
• Leadership skills
• Reading blueprints
• Understanding of building plans and specifications
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Good judgment and decision-making skills
• Handling sensitive and confidential information professionally
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Organizing work, engaging in multiple tasks, meeting deadlines
• Independence in performing duties and collaboration with others
• Managing people of various skill levels, backgrounds
• First Aid and CPR Certification (plus)
