Job Overview

Molson Coors is seeking a Journeyman Steamfitter for its Brewing/Packaging Department in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, within the Integrated Supply Chain. The role operates in a team‑based union environment, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance on production equipment. The Steamfitter reports to the Asset Care Manager and collaborates with brewery workers, process leaders, mechanics, electricians, and other steamfitters.

Responsibilities

• Perform valve repairs and rebuilds.
• Layout, assemble, fabricate, maintain, and repair piping systems.
• Apply knowledge of steam, condensate, ammonia, compressed air, water, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Analyze and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, diagnosing and correcting problems quickly to avoid production delays.
• Perform various welding tasks (stick, TIG, etc.).
• Execute pipefitting duties on all brewing and packaging systems.
• Install and repair carbon steel, schedule 5 stainless steel, copper, and PVC piping.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on all plant manufacturing equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid Pipefitter or Steamfitter Journeyman card.
• High school diploma or GED; must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift (training on 1st shift then transfer).
• Flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and stand frequently, handling up to 50 lb consistently.
• Proven track record in a high‑speed, high‑volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience with hydraulic and compressed‑air systems.
• Willingness to consent to a criminal background check.
• Alignment with Molson Coors core values.

Pay

$45.07 per hour plus applicable shift differentials.

Schedule

Work on 2nd or 3rd shift after completing training on 1st shift; required flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays.
