Job Description Summary
- Serves as a technical manager/responsible engineer to develop a project scope, implement project engineering plans and control project activities. Acts as a technical leader and serves as an interface with proposal management, cost estimation, partners, customers, GE Vernova Product Engineering, procurement, and engineering subcontractors.
- Develops deep knowledge of a technical discipline. Based on prior experience and acquired technical expertise to implement a policy/stategy.
- Deep understanding of key operational factors; uses this understanding to accomplish their own work. Deep understanding of how their own team's work integrates with other teams and contributes to their domain.
- Shows discernment and is able to propose different solutions outside defined parameters, within an orientation. Based on prior experience and professional training to resolve simple tasks. Possesses the necessary technical skills and analytical mindset to solve problems. Can use multiple internal sources outside their own team to make decisions.
Qualifications
- For roles outside the US - This role requires significant experience in the function and audio digital workstation. Equivalent to a university degree (or a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience).
- For roles in the US - A university degree (or high school diploma and/or general studies diploma with at least 4 years of experience in the function).

Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is between $89,300.00 and $148,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
- Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
